Default Slug bounty

I have a really sweet dryadella zebrina that I want to photograph. The only thing is that there's a slug that keeps munching the flowers. Every day it's one or two more flowers gone. I've torn apart the pot and poked around the plant looking for the little SOB. So I've decided I will put a bounty on his head. $50 cash to the first person on OI who hands over the slug to me. It has to still be alive so I can squish it and verify the contents of its stomach.

Do you need a metaldehyde care package?
I can send you enough for the Dryadella zebrina.
You might not get all of them, by cleaning off one plant though...

Just soak the plant in saltwater and then when the slug eats the flower it'll melt from the inside. Hell yea...

I've got metaldehyde, Karen. I just wanted to target this specific slug.

I'm not going to soak any of my plants in a saline solution, Floozo. Thanks though.

The little SOB is still out there. I've found a couple of other indigenous slugs (up to about an inch or so), so I just threw about 5 lbs of sluggo out there. Sayonara, you sons of bitches!

It's a vendetta kinda thing, Marni. This single slug has been a thorn in my side for at least a week.

So, Jon, have you done dna testing on the slime to be sure it is the same slug and not part of a conspiracy?

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms and some viruses.

Dale, he isn't looking to destroy ALL the slugs in his collection, just the one. I don't think Mesurol is sufficiently selective for his needs.

What's wrong with sprinkling some DE around his hangout? That's pretty specific.

like rats that learn to not eat poison, there is always going to be a smarter than your average slug/snail. I finally found one of each that had been avoiding me. I prefer a nice slow slice in half with a pair of scissors for the most evil of the evil (have taken out inflos or just buds), the regular evil get dropped and squished.

good luck
